The heat pumps enable an efficient, economical and ecological utilization of energy resources that otherwise would be wasted. The same machines can be used for production of both chill and heat.

In the picture is a UNITOP® heat pump as a part of the world's largest combined district heating and cooling plant of its kind. Friotherm delivered the plant to Helsinki Energy in 2007. Carbon dioxide emissions caused by the heat pump plant are significantly lower than by the optional production methods. |
